Job description
For our Marketing Department we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator with a PR background. You will be working in an international marketing team with 8 colleagues, who are responsible for the arable farming portfolio of Kverneland Group. Together, you will contribute to our brand awareness and think along with us about original ideas to reach our target group.
In addition, you will work on the development and production of marketing communication tools for product vision Crop Care, Kverneland Group sales companies (SCs) and importers worldwide. Together, you ensure the correct profiling of the Crop Care products within and outside Kverneland Group.
Your responsibilities in this position are:

Your responsibilities in this position are:
- Co-developing marketing communication tools, both concept and production, in cooperation with the Marketing Communication Manager.
- Organizing and planning brochure production for the Crop Care products, as well as for the factory (design, photography, video shoots, writing texts, coordinating translations, checking texts, printing, coordinating orders and shipping).
- Making presentations, directing for the creation of videos and animations and taking care of photo material.
- Briefing and directing advertising agencies/designers, printers and other suppliers/partners. Reviewing and approving their quotes.
- Following the vision of the Marketing Communications Manager, guarding the corporate and brand identities about Nieuw-Vennep and Crop Care communications (internally and externally), including the outfitting of the machines.
- Updating content for Crop Care products on Kv G Group corporate and brand websites, including SEO optimization. Analyzing statistics regarding the visitors of the respective websites.
- Create samples of posters, advertisements and roll up banners in Adobe Indesign or Illustrator for the Crop Care products and for internal or local communication purposes, among others.
- Support in organization of key international shows, fairs, field days/events and new product introductions.
- Assist in the organization of staff events/meetings.
- Maintaining (digital) photo, video and brochure production archives.
- Co-translating/editing Kverneland Group newsletters and press releases.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
- German language is an advantage.
- You develop creative solutions and innovative approaches to work.
- You’re good in planning and organizing.
- You’re confident and comfortable presenting.
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
