Job Description:
Are you an experienced event organizer with a knack for marketing and a passion for coaching? This unique role allows you to apply your skills in managing impactful events while working towards becoming a certified coach trainer. In this position, you’ll play a key role in organizing both online and offline events, driving marketing efforts, and generating revenue for Coach-Trainer Luis daniel Maldonado Fonken www.luisdanielmaldonadofonken.com . In addition, you’ll receive credits towards our coach trainer certification, effectively doubling your earnings to support your learning journey at the Matrix-Q Akademia
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, attract clients, and increase engagement.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Revenue Generation: Contribute to business growth by successfully managing events and meeting revenue targets.
- Certification Path: Earn double credits for every successful project to be applied towards certification as a coach trainer in our advanced Metrix Q methodology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a solid understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for coaching and a desire to become a certified coach trainer.
- Previous experience in coaching, training, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Project based compensation varies and include multiple income streams
Recurrent commissions, sales commissions
Organization royalties, target bonus, shared pool bonus
Project based salary compensation model for long term projects only.
