The opportunity
We are expanding our presence in the Netherlands and looking for a driven Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of logistics by overseeing contractor and driver operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding service. As part of a rapidly growing company, you’ll have the chance to contribute directly to an industry vital to the global economy and the environment.
You’ll be working closely with our Operations Manager for the Netherlands, collaborating across teams in both our headquarter in Copenhagen and our Amsterdam office. This is your chance to be part of something bigger - driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The job
As our Operations Specialist in the Netherlands, you’ll manage daily contractor and driver operations, ensuring top-tier performance and customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for Quality Assurance, Performance Management, and Process Improvement. Compliance with local regulations will be key, and you’ll strive to streamline and enhance our operational efficiency.

About you

You thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and challenges
Previous logistics or transport experience is a plus, and you’re no stranger to hands-on operational roles.
You’re comfortable with travel, visiting sites early in the morning, and driving to ensure smooth operations.
You take initiative, creating solutions rather than waiting for them.
Fluency in French is essential for this role, as you will be coordinating extensively with colleagues, clients, contractors, and drivers. Proficiency in English and Dutch is also required to ensure smooth communication across all teams and stakeholders.
