• Accurately manage complex payroll computations, including salary adjustments, benefits, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead year-end tax processes, employer tax responsibilities, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide expert-level support and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in payroll processing.
• Execute payroll operations while maintaining SOX compliance, handling data validations, reporting, and authorizations.
• Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure service excellence and process optimizations.
• Oversee payroll transitions, post-payroll submissions, and process automation initiatives.
• Manage payroll for international assignments, ensuring tax and social security compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and management.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail.
• Expertise in labor laws and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
