We're a boutique Data & AI consultancy partnered with Databricks. We aim to make Data & AI more accessible to companies across Europe, empowering them to harness their full potential and increase their competitive advantage. Our team of data engineers see every data problem as a puzzle waiting to be solved working on versatile projects within Fin-Tech, Retail and Geo & Water companies, to name a few!
About You:
As a Principal Data Engineer, you are both proactive and independent, taking full ownership of projects. In this role, you’ll manage stakeholders with ease, even when challenges arise, maintaining transparency and composure.

• Led at least 2 cloud-based data projects from ideation to production (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Fluency in Python & SQL.
• High sense of independence, proactiveness & ability to take ownership.
• Work visibily and transparently, managing stakholder expectations.
• You have no problem backing yourself, your ideas and providing guidance to others.
• Desire to become a Databricks specialist (prior experience is a bonus but not must have).
