Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute project reports on our development portfolio, tracking budgets, cost variances, schedules, cash flow, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, providing support and challenge on performance metrics, decision-making, and risk management, act as a proactive business partner.
• Lead the standardization and optimization of project reporting processes.
• Serve as a key user of the Procore software platform, helping to maximize its effectiveness in project control.
• Implement, monitor, and provide recommendations on automated internal controls for our development portfolio.
• Ensure the accurate documentation of draw requests for development loan facilities from banks.
• Work closely with internal finance teams—such as accounting, capital markets, treasury, and tax—by exchanging crucial information and providing data-driven insights.
• Manage and report on internal project staff recharges, particularly related to AMT fees.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience with financial reporting and cost analysis, with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting; capable of understanding the narrative behind the numbers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and general aptitude for IT systems.
• Proven success in fast-paced, project-centric environments, ideally within real estate development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and leadership styles.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in real estate development or a similar field as cost controller.
