Key Responsibilities

• Accept and convert the right groups - decision making
• Point of contact for group and meeting bookers from companies, travel agents and conference centers for all locations
• Managing group blocks in the CRS and meeting bookings in the online booking engine
• Work closely with the sales & demand team and revenue tool Duetto for pricing decisions
• Proactive approach to acquire repeat clientele and build relations
• Account management and build out production
• Work on projects and other (administrative) activities
• Assist groups & meetings coordinators with organizing tasks where needed

Qualifications / skills

• Group and/or meeting business experience
• Customer focussed
• Negotiation skills
• Bachelor degree
• Proactive attitude, show initiative
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize and eye for detail
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and either Dutch, French & Italian as a second language
