We are looking for a Sales Project Manager for our medical kitting business to join our team in Lelystad and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Project Manager in our medical kitting department, you will blend sales expertise with project management skills. This dynamic role requires problem solving, efficient planning, and excellent communication with both customers and internal departments. You will handle client communications, together with our team you will create creative solutions for your clients, update project documentation, guide internal teams, manage project timelines, create financial calculations, quotations, and proposals, and contribute to brainstorming new concepts and workflows.
Currently, this department is a global team of 5, with members located in the Netherlands, South Africa, and US – an international one at that! We are looking for a hands on, youthful individual that is a task juggler at heart.
PROJECT MANAGER KITTING
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Independently manage various projects from start to finish.
Supervise and coordinate project activities.
Manage customer expectations and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain close contact with customers and stakeholders.
Serve as the key link between customers and internal departments including IT, production, supply chain, and R&D.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HBO or University degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Excellent Dutch language skills is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
Creative, stress-resistant, and a self-starter.
Commercially minded with talent for multitasking.
Eager to learn with an affinity for, product design, and/or manufacturing processes (preferred but not required).

Monitor quality, timing, delivery, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
Proactively provide customer-oriented solutions.
Advise customers on designs, materials, and regulations.
Exhibit creativity and excellent attention to detail.
Be available 40 hours a week and willing to work on-site in our Lelystad and/or our Amsterdam office.
