About the role:

The Project Manager will be located in Belgium and is responsible for developing and implementing a phased
marketing & promotion plan, partially based on consumer data, for international and local artists signed in the
Benelux region. You work closely together with our A&R and creative teams and marketing and promo
colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the brand’s messaging are consistent and effective. The ultimate goal of
the Project Manager is to create a strong and recognizable artist brand that resonates with the fan base and
drives business growth. Here, you’ll get to:

Determine objectives and target audience, taking consumer data into account.
Develop the marketing plan (possibly in collaboration with the Brand Manager in the Netherlands if

there is potential across the border).

Conduct consumer and artist validation before the project phase begins.
Create a project plan that outlines detailed steps and identifies risks.
Be responsible for budget, planning, deadlines, and results.
Evaluate the projects with the Brand Managers and General Manager.
Be responsible for all promotional activities within the assigned artist roster.
Develop new and innovative marketing plans, particularly in the digital space, to successfully promote

artists to consumers.

Occasionally coordinate and provide support during press days, radio, TV appearances, concerts, and

festivals.

Handle radio airplay and DSP pitches and copywriting (e.g., press releases, newsletters, social content)

tailored to the targeted media/audience.

Work both from our office in Brussels as occasionally from our office in Amsterdam.

Job Requirements

Excellent in Dutch, French and English with strong communication and interpersonal (writing and

verbal) skill.

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Brand Manager, Promo Manager or similar role.
Experience in working with domestic artists.
Ability to work independently and as part of various Benelux and international teams in a fast-paced

environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage their own workload, priorities and

deadlines.

Possesses a network and stays informed about the latest marketing and media trends.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is goal-oriented, stress-resistant, creative,

persistent and analytical.

Experience in the music industry is a plus.

minimum 4 days to the office policy. You’ll be covering for a team member on maternity leave for a minimum
period of 10 months.
