We are currently looking for a Sales Manager Refinish Direct Business Be Ne to join us in any of our facilities in Tiel. The Sales Manager Direct Business Be Ne is responsible for overall sales and profitability of Axalta Refinish products (paint, non-paint, services) sold to all direct customers in his/ her region via Company owned Stores.

Key Responsibility Areas
  • Has Profit & Loss responsibility for his/ her designated region
  • Ensures Sales growth & profitability within the region by developing & executing growth plans in alignment with Axalta Refinish Team
  • Significantly driving Non-Paint growth for the region
  • Driving sales promotions and product introductions for his/ her region
  • Executing pricing targets/ keeping pricing discipline
  • Manages the development, growth, profitability and retention of key end-customers in the region
  • Leads and manages the local Sales Managers as well as the local Product Manager and Strategic Sales Specialists assigned to his/ her region
  • Drives Axalta’s value proposition into the markets
  • Increases Share of Wallet at the end-customers
  • Drives sales effectiveness
  • Organizes and attends sales meetings and owns the data for his/her region
  • Drives the foundation of new opportunities and extension of current contracts in close collaboration with Finance and Legal department

Requirements
  • University degree OR equivalent experience
  • Fluent in local languages and English
  • Clear track record of delivering and implementing sales strategy and sustained business growth
  • Understanding and experience of working with matrix organizations
  • Proven track record P/L responsibility
  • Sales leadership experience at a senior level, Refinish paint experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, showing influencing skills
  • Solution oriented, thinking outside the box
  • Strong sales skills and financial awareness
  • People manager - can easily bring out the best in themselves and influence others to do the same
