What you'll do
-
Shape the Sales Strategy; Design and implement growth plans that drive our business forward.
- Seal the Deals; Build lasting client relationships while consistently hitting—and exceeding—revenue goals.
- Hunt for Opportunities; Actively seek for new business prospects to keep the pipeline strong.
- Support the Team; Collaborate with your sales teammates to ensure success for everyone.
- Collaborate Cross-Teams; Partnering closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
What you'll bring
Key Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in sales roles within Real Estate, large brokers, or real estate developers is a big plus
-
Experience in small to mid-sized companies
-
A mix of strategic thinking and practical execution to drive results and manage the sales pipeline.

Skilled in using data and metrics to optimize sales performance and streamline processes.
