Sales Trainer International organization - Netherlands, UKI or Germany based

- Collaborates with key stakeholders to determine training needs as well as optimal mechanisms & channels to achieve objectives
- Collaborates with Marketing to ensure training plans achieve the product objectives.
- Develops training that meets the needs of the developing the Knee OA & Bone Stimulation sales organizations in the international markets to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded including sales revenue, growth objectives, inventory & consignment management.
- Implements training tactics to support sales strategies and sales model.
- Develops, conducts, and manages internal and external training sessions for sales representatives, sales managers, and distributors as assigned.
- Evaluates performance, provides coaching/feedback, and makes suggestions on opportunities for improvement to field sales representatives.
- Ensures compliance with all Bioventus policies in all training activities and personal performance, (i.e., Advamed Code of Ethics, and international standards)
- Provides logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
- Improves overall sales effectiveness/capacity through technology and process improvement, coaching, optimization, and efficiency.
- Works with the Senior Manager of Sales Education and Sales Management to identify capability gaps, and build appropriate training and ensure field sales trainers are coaching accordingly.
- Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment (e.g., people, processes, structure, or culture); adjusting effectively to change by exploring the benefits, trying innovative approaches, and collaborating with others to make the change successful.
- Using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and internal partners; interacting with others in a way that promotes openness and trust and gives them confidence in one’s intentions.
- Developing and leveraging relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.

- Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical, functional, and/or professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise; leveraging expert knowledge to accomplish results.
- Keeping the organization's vision and values at the forefront of daily actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in product, clinical and disease state knowledge, and the ability to convey this knowledge to various levels of learners

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training software programs
- 3 years’ sales training experience or equivalent, preferably in Medical Devices
- Proven record developing, conducting, and measuring sales training programs for sales representatives, sales trainers, and sales managers
- Experience in project management
- Experience working with Distributors preferred
