Job Title: SAP Retail/Fashion Functional Lead
Job Location: Wayne, NJ (hybrid)
Job Duration: Long-term contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
10+ years of experience working directly with Consumer Products and Retail clients.
SAP Retail/Fashion Consultant (FMS) with a Deep understanding of SAP retail modules and related solutions.
Strong understanding of retail industry processes, including merchandising, supply chain management, and sales. Experience in Implementation and Rolling Deployment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
• Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
• Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives with w/associated metrics
• Solution-targeted processes, leveraging best practices
• Perform knowledge transfer to client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
• Support project execution from start to finish to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and time).
• Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience SAP Training Courses & Certification

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
