You and your job
As a scrum master at Tribe Investments, you'll play a key role in promoting a culture of self-organizing teams and making sure we work according to the Agile principles which results in an optimized workflow and an open, transparent and familiar working environment. In this way you contribute to the development of sustainable savings and investment products and services. But we don't stop there - our ultimate goal is to be our clients' partner-in-life when it comes to managing their wealth. That's why we're investing in keep our technology stack up-to-date. We need to be fast, compliant and secure.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll be working on:

• As a SM, you will be expected to be a Team member first and who can gain good insights of our business real fast
• Helping our Teams meet their purpose and Goals and help them in a better administration of the work in Azure Devops
• Facilitating all the Sprint Rituals ( Standup, Planning, Refinements, Retro)
• Coaching the team and the individuals within the teams so they will be able to get the best out of themselves.
• Facilitating the team with their impediments and making sure that these impediments gets solved by reaching out to the persons who are able to resolve them.
• Making sure that quality and delivering in time is a team responsibility.
• Making sure that knowledge transfer between teams and team members is secured in the way we work.
• Helping out the teams and delivery management in defining, maintaining the KPI’s and making sure periodic reporting is in place.

At the moment we have 6 scrum teams working on UBS Bancs. UBS Bancs is the back-end system of investments. This is a new service/product which we want to bring live this year. In total around 60 people are working dedicated on this program.

• You know how to put forward your own opinion by means of convincing and appealing arguments, whereby your attitude and tone are in line with your counterparts. This ensures broad support.
• You are also result driven; you work towards a good result. You regularly coordinate your activities and priorities you’re your stakeholders within and outside the teams. Your focus is on initiating improvement.
• You are self-aware, you know your unique qualities and know how to use them as effectively as possible.
• Experience in the financial sector, the banking sector in particular;
• Passion and enthusiasm for Agile and Scrum;
• Experience working with other Agile practices and the Lean methodology. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and collaboration.
• You are able to react in a flexible manner on changing environments where you communicate fluently in Dutch and English
• Passion for teamwork, eagerness to speak up and share your thoughts, and willingness to embrace your mistakes and learn from them. You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages growth.
• A good sense of humor to keep us all smiling through any challenges we may face. You'll work hard, but we believe that laughter is the best medicine, and we strive to maintain a positive and supportive team culture.
• You are at least PSM-I certified.
• You have excellent experience with Power Bi, Miro

To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

• a gross monthly salary between € 4.292,- and € 6.130,- based on 36 hours per week (40 hours possible) in scale 9.
• 13th month and holiday pay: The holiday allowance and annual allowance are usually paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Once a year, employees have the option to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
• an Employee Benefit Budget (EBB) of 10% of your monthly salary. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making additional pension contributions, or receiving a monthly cash payout.
• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then, choose a commuting allowance.
• 172.8 vacation hours per year, including 1 diversity day.
• €450 to set up a home office that meets your needs.
• a monthly € 40,- net work-from-home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
• an attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
