Are you the perfect match?
We are looking for a Security Manager who:

Effectively manages & develops your team and ensure that all activities are in compliance with national laws and regulations, management decisions and PPHE Hotel Groups operating policies, processes and procedures
Achieves financial (promoting security, preventing fraud & managing costs) & responsible business goals
Completes tasks relevant but not limited to guests, employees and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel such as but not limited to surveillance duties, public area vigilance for external areas of the hotel
Handles security and safety breaches, conducting investigations, ensuring an enjoyable guest experience, and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Communicates effectively with both internal and external guests (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone, and face to face
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when personalizing external and internal guest’s needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business
Shares best practice with regards to efficiency & profitability
Will work in shifts including weekends and must be present at key busy times
Is required to support projects within the Netherlands properties
And some technicalities:
Is proficient in the Dutch language
Has previous experience working in hotels
Has at least 2 years as an assistant or similar role
Beveiliger 2 diploma
BHV / EHBO diploma
Must have VOG (proof of good behavior)
