SENIOR COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

• Interface to the Communication & Image Manager as well as close cooperation with the brand managers of our brands (Intimissimi and Calzedonia).
• Monitoring and analysis of the market, trends and competitors in terms of communication and image, staying up-to-date with all the on and offline media in order to definite the communication media mix in the Netherlands.
• Localize assets provided by HQ and execute local campaigns for the market needs.
• Definition of brand-specific and KPI-based campaigns from planning to implementation, in line with our international communication strategy (360° media mix).
• Close cooperation with our media agencies and critical evaluation and review of the Media Plan shared.
• Supervision of media monitoring reports and analysis preparation on the basis of media expenditures. Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions.
• Sharing reports to HQ and other internal stakeholders using Excels or other tools like Data Studio

Your Profile

• Min 3+ years of experience in the similar position in the Dutch market (fashion retail is a strong addition)
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong addition
• Deep knowledge of the full funnel approach and its media mix
• Knowledge of main advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Criteo, Google Analytics, Tik Tok and main Programmatic Publishers
• A passion for fashion and retail
• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Result-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Proactive team player and independent to meet goals
• Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced and international environment
• Background of working with different departments and tight deadlines
