Senior HR Coordinator (Netherlands & Belgium)

If so, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam!
In this role, you will
- Provide administrative and payroll support for
- the entire HR lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Process and manage payroll for both Netherlands and Belgium, including expat payroll
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration (insurance, pensions, etc.)
- Analyze compensation data and contribute to process enhancements
- Partner with HR Advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation (NL & BE)
- Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong administrative, organizational, and payroll skills
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS preferred)
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead by example
- Market based salary
- 26 Holiday days per year
