About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager of Operations Staffing to join our Human Resources team. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing staffing operations across our distribution centers in the Netherlands, Italy, and soon, the Czech Republic. If you are a visionary leader with a knack for crafting effective staffing strategies in high-volume, operational settings, come and help us drive excellence and innovation in our logistics and customer service functions.
Qualifications
About Your Tasks:
- Strategic Staffing Leadership: Oversee the overall staffing of all distribution centers in the EU, ensuring robust processes and structures are in place to meet Redcare's hiring targets efficiently.
- Process Development and Execution: Establish and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies for our distribution centers. You will own the full range of processes, from lead generation; through full candidate journey up to hire.
- KPI Development and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for staffing activities, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Volume Recruiting Oversight: Manage recruitment activities for high-volume roles, particularly within Logistics (Warehouse) and Customer Service
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse and Customer Service leaders; with your peers in HR and local HR managers to gather market insights, build business cases, and support the execution of staffing plans.
- Proven experience in high-volume or operations staffing, particularly in a logistics or distribution center environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to develop KPIs and measure success effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Proficient in German, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work from our Sevenum location at least three days per week and travel occasionally to other sites.
