• Experience (7+ years) in Market Research and Audience Management.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing large budgets for cost-efficient user acquisition and retention.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and fostering sustainable audience partnerships.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams (collaborating with product, tech, research, and marketing) to align audience strategies with business objectives.
• Solid project management skills to oversee multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure successful execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams, while advising senior management with actionable insights. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.
• Independent problem-solving abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing challenges proactively and getting results in multifaceted environments.
