Curamando is expanding to The Netherlands. We are on the lookout for a Senior Paid Media Expert to join our growing team. Be one of our first hires and help shape the future of our business in The Netherlands!

About the role

As a Senior Paid Media Expert at Curamando, you will set strategies within paid (search) advertising and digital marketing to meet or exceed customers' targets. You will implement, successfully optimize, and report on the results. You will share your insights with management consultants, client-side experts, vendors, and suppliers during various stages of digital maturity. You will guide clients on how paid search marketing fits into an overall digital marketing strategy as well as an overall business strategy.

Every day is different: on Monday you might be optimizing a Google Ads campaign for a retail client, ensuring their ads reach the right audience. On Wednesday you could be advising a tech startup on their paid search strategy to drive user acquisition. And on Friday you might be presenting the results of a recent campaign to a C-level executive, demonstrating how your optimizations have improved their ROI.

About you

We are looking for individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. If we have to express it in bullets, we expect:

You have extensive expertise (6+ years) in working with paid media, are able to advise clients on tactics but also get your hands dirty by doing the actual implementation

You have experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that have delivered high value (from working at an agency, freelance, or in-house)

You have experience in building and operating advertising accounts by leveraging SA360 and/or other tools to automate and improve performance

You possess a strong analytical and numerical skill set

You are able to translate data into concrete applications and present your insights in an understandable form

If you have experience or affinity with other digital marketing tools and platforms, that is a big plus

You have a curious personality, rigorous attention to detail, and focus on quality when realizing potential

You not only want to help our clients grow, but you also strive for growth and development yourself

You continuously strive to identify new growth opportunities to achieve long-term business success for our clients and Curamando
