Over Dometic
Dometic Benelux is gevestigd in Oosterhout en is onderdeel van het Zweedse bedrijf Dometic. Dometic verkoopt technische producten die bedoeld zijn om het verblijf onderweg aangenaam te maken. Voor campers en caravans verkopen we bijvoorbeeld airconditioners, koelkasten en luifels.
WAECO is onderdeel van Dometic en is een gevestigd premiummerk in het autosegment. WAECO wordt beschouwd als een trendsetter op technisch en kwaliteitsgebied en als maatstaf voor de wereldwijde service- en onderhoudsindustrie voor airconditioning. WAECO is al meer dan 50 jaar een erkende marktleider op dit gebied en werkt nauw samen met werkplaatsklanten en de auto-industrie.
Nu zijn we op zoek naar een Service Engineer voor de regio Zuid Nederland/België.
Wat ga je doen?

• Onderhoud en reparatie van alle WAECO-producten
• Verkopen van service contracten tijdens bezoeken van klanten en hen over nieuwe ontwikkelingen adviseren
• Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten over de werking van het product/apparaat en/of aanbieden van training on the job
• Inbedijfstellen en instrueren van Air Con-machines
• Deelname aan beurzen

Wie zoeken wij?
Wij zijn van mening, dat de ideale kandidaat over de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden beschikt:

• Afgeronde opleiding in de richting (automobiel)techniek, koelkast technologie, machinebouw of elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare opleiding en ervaring
• Ervaring met reparaties
• communicatieve vaardigheid
• Beheersen van de Nederlandse taal, basis kennis in Engels, Frans is een pré
• Reisbereidheid binnen BENELUX (dagelijks reizen)

Voldoe je niet aan alle criteria?
We willen je graag iets meegeven: soms twijfelen we om te solliciteren, als we niet aan alle criteria voldoen. Maar de "perfecte" kandidaat (m/v/d) bestaat niet. Now we are searching for a Service Engineer for the region South Netherlands and Belgium.
What are you going to do?

• Maintenance and repair of all WAECO products
• Selling service contracts during customer visits and advising them on new developments
• Answering customer questions about the operation of the product/device and/or offering training on the job
• Commissioning and instructing Air Con machines
• Participation in trade fairs

Who are we looking for?
We believe that the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• completed education in (automotive) technology, refrigeraton technology, electronical or mechanical engineering or comparable education and experience
• Experiences with repairs
• Communication skill
• Fluently in Dutch, basis knowledge of English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within BENELUX (daily travel)
