As a Service Logistical Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Logistical management off incoming and outgoing service/repairs into the PSC Netherlands;
• Responsible for the administrative handling of incoming and outgoing repairs. Including customer contact regarding quotations;
• Coordinating incoming service (repairs) from T1 counties, Import and export control;
• Administrative handling of internal required spare parts;
• You will have key relationships with PSC Netherlands Service Department., PSC Netherlands, BCTV workshop (internal);
• As well as external relationships with Dealers and customers in Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa.

What we ask

For this role, you will have:

• Atleast lower/intermediate Vocational Education in Administration or Customer Service;
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-focused administration environment;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Interest in and knowledge of broadcast products and technology;
• Proficient in Dutch and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
