Our client is a leading award-winning export focused manufacturing company based in Blessington Wicklow, is looking for a talented and motivated Site manager to join their team. Based in the Netherlands you will be Responsible for the delivery of all aspect of the plan locally
POSITION DESCRIPTION
List of responsibilities

• Pre-Construction Management: Creating project schedules, assessing requirements, reviewing contracts, and selecting subcontractors.
• Construction Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, managing site logistics, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Post Construction Management: Handling warranty work, closing accounts, addressing deficiencies, and demobilizing the site.

· Responsible for all activities on site
· Oversee the management of the installation process
· Responsible for the delivery of all aspect of the plan locally
· Build product according to plan
· Daily plan vs actual review
· Manage schedule with supplier in line with plan
· Problem solving
· Responsible for the Health & Safety plan on site
o Daily site walks
o Daily toolbox Talks
· Execute the environmental plan
· Customer Liaison
· Assist in the management of the installation process, experience working with sub-contractors and the procurement of requisite solution items.
NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• A minimum 10 years of relevant experience working in a similar role within the construction industry

• Experience working with sub-contractors

• Mechanical or Civil Engineering qualification

• Fully familiar of all European Health & Safety Regulations

• Competent in Excel and Project Management IT Tools
