Social Media Intern activation & education
As a Corporate Communications intern, you will be working on social media employee activation and education. You will support in the set-up and introduction of an employee social advocacy program as well as training. Additionally, you will be assisting the digital communications specialist with other social media related tasks, such as content curation for internal use, planning, community engagement, and much more!

Day to day:
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Development of education concepts for DLL members that want to become brand ambassadors on social media.
• Support in the development of DLL brand and digital brand activation training.
• Planning communication and community engagement activities for employee advocacy while aligning with key stakeholders within and outside of the communications department.

• Steering content curation of DLL social media and thought leader content for employees to amplify on their account.
• Additional support related to social media brand activation

Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication and/or Marketing (preferably, currently doing their Masters’ degree)
• Fully proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent use of Power Point (amongst other Microsoft Office programs)
• Good project management skills
• Creative thinker
• Passionate about social media and branding

Extras:

• Proficiency in other languages such as Dutch
• Prior working experience in related fields
• Savy with digital tools

Compensations:
The internship will start in February. You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
