• Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring all details are handled with precision.
• Administration Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
• Facilities Support: Assist in maintaining the facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional for our community members.
• Community/Reception Support: Be the first point of contact for our community members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field at a Dutch Higher Education Facility / University.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent community/people-facing ability and communication skills. Great organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is preferred but not required.
• Available full-time starting November/December 2024 for 6 months.
