We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of:
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SUPPORT
(REMOTE 36 – 40 hours a week)
What is your goal?
Your report to the Director of Strategic Accounts & Business Development and are responsible for supporting the Strategic Account Team in building and maintaining successful partnerships with the company’s Strategic Accounts.- Preparation of analyses concerning purchasing contracts and bonus agreements
- Resolve financial requests and disputes directly with Strategic Accounts
- Handle incoming product questions, quote requests, and reclamations from Strategic Accounts
- Handle the complete process of setting up customer specific products in collaboration with the Product Management Team
- Supporting the Strategic Account Team with various administrative tasks
- Visiting and participating in shows and events whenever is required
- Online meetings with Strategic Accounts with the responsible Account owner
- Log all the activities and customer contacts/calls in Salesforce and keep the system and all customers’ information updated
You can easily convert customer needs into commercial opportunities and with your systematic approach you know how to set the right priorities. Of course you are goal-oriented and very eager to learn. We also expect you to switch easily between things and therefore not experience stress easily. You love to work in a team and are able to adapt your communication style. You will end up in a company that is in full development and you can adapt well to this dynamic.
Your must-haves:
- Bachelor working and thinking level and relevant work experience in a similar position
- You are a linguistic miracle! A good command of the German and English language in word and writing is very important
