Your contribution to Tenne T

You will be in charge in supervising the Stations (HVDC) contractor, delivering the Auxiliary Power system, Converter Cooling System, Earthing and Bonding, and EMC. You'll work with the Tenne T requirements, contractual obligations, and regulations.

Simultaneously, you'll have responsibility in overseeing engineering, installation, and commissioning activities by the Civil contractor, ensuring you contribute to a synchronized interface process between Stations and Civil scope.

Your Mission:

Managing the goals of the overarching 2 GW program
Coordination of the HVDC Auxiliary systems sub-project
Provide support to the Project Lead HVDC, including reporting and insights

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the sub-project Auxiliary systems, aligning with goals, requirements, and contractual specifications
Planning of project execution, expertise evaluation, and team management
Motivating the consortium/contractor to deliver quality within agreed timelines
Singel point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication
Ensuring timely ordering and delivery of supplies, identifying interfaces for coordination
Providing necessary information for scheduling, document management, and risk management
Contributing to and setting an example in absorbing the culture of active contribution to a safe working environment
Collaboration with experts and teams, learning from lessons from previous large projects

Your profile and background

BSc background in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience
Experience with the dynamics of managing large infrastructure projects
Extensive technical knowledge and a keen interest in LV distribution systems
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Initiative, adaptability, and intendent and an enthusiastic teamplayer
Openness to occasional international business trips and participate in teambuiliding activities
Excellent in both Dutch and English

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.

Additional information

Salary for this position is in grade 9, between € 4.369,- and € 8.594,- gross based on a fulltime position
The weekly working time is 40 hours
Type of contract is indefinite
43 vacation days annually
