Supply Chain Customer Development Manager

Your Tasks
- Lead (informally) cross-functional SC customer team (Demand&Supply Planning; Customer Management Representative)
- Develop & execute strategic customer collaboration roadmap
- Monitor and improve end-to-end Supply Chain and internal/external KPI performance
- Increase visibility on performance by building SC customer data reports/dashboards and platforms for customer data integration
- Add value to the overall business by steering NS/Ebit from SC perspective (cost-to-serve)
- Optimize end-to-end processes to increase the efficiency & sustainability of our route to market (e.g. delivery frequency, palletization, truck fill rate, logistics added services)
- Close alignment with Sales colleagues & support of Customer Management Representative on operational processes & progress (e.g. order handling; claim & complaint management)
- Interaction with data SAP key-user to build reports
- Stay informed about relevant market evolutions/requirements industry best practices
Your Profile
- HBO or WO degree (taking into account other prior experience)
- Experience in Supply Chain (e.g. Demand & Supply planning), preferably in FMCG is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Excel Query and Power BI use + build is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills in Dutch and English are mandatory
