SHIFT MANAGER (FT/PT)
What are you going to do?
- Making the tastiest coffee products for our guests, because as a Shift Manager you can of course do that like the best!
- You work as a manager and are the point of contact for the team of Baristas, you delegate tasks and actively help in the store
- Managing your team, you are an extension of the Store Manager, together you make the difference
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented work with a smile on your face
- Amaze guests by giving them an experience
- Together with the team, you ensure that the store always looks great, nothing is too much for you

Who exactly are you working for?
When you come to work with us, you are under contract with SSP Nederland. SSP Group is active in nearly 40 countries with 550 different brands including Starbucks, YO! Sushi and Burger King. In the Netherlands, all Starbucks branches at the NS stations and Eindhoven airport are part of SSP. The restaurants Jamie's Deli and Tastes From The Lowlands, which are located at Schiphol Airport, are also part of SSP Netherlands. In short, a wonderful organization with many possibilities.

- Salary between €2298 and €2700 gross per month according to the Collective Labor Agreement for the Hotel and Catering Industry
- (based on a 38 hour contact FT)
- Bonus scheme

What do we expect from you?
- An enthusiastic and very customer-friendly attitude, you do everything for the smile of the guest
- Also available on weekends and holidays, holidays are 1 big party! Especially in our stores
- No 9:00 to 17:00 mentality, flexibility is your second name
- That you like to work in a team, dare to manage a team and dare to take responsibility
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- That you are always open to a nice chat with our guests, but also a listening ear for your team
- The store is our calling card and all additional work (such as cleaning) you tackle with both hands!
