As a Technical Coordinator at CBRE GWS' Agilent account in Middelburg, you will be part of a team working to provide the best possible service to our clients.

About the role:

As Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the building installations of the Agilent account in Middelburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to optimal functioning building installations as a member of the facility team
Participate in day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with SLAs
Coaching the technical aspects within various assignments and services
Coordinate projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate technical service providers and ensure they meet account requirements
Manage documentation of work delivered such as routine maintenance schedules, system configurations and technical reference materials
Provide high quality service to our customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met
Contribute to account development and identify opportunities for growth
Participate in continuing education courses as needed to keep abreast of the latest developments in technical services

What do you have to offer?

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of technical systems and processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work proactively and independently
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Fluent in Dutch and English

Starting salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross/month (depending on knowledge and experience).
Reimbursement of travel expenses;

8,33% Holiday pay, 25 fixed leave days, up to 10 leave days can be purchased and 2 bonus leave days in case of 1 year of no illness;
12 ADV days;
Extensive development opportunities through the GWS Academy or external trainers.
