Job Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize warehouse workflows to ensure efficient inventory management and turnover of goods.
• Analyze and improve warehouse productivity, implementing processes to reduce error rates.
• Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure accuracy and timely stock availability.
• Provide improvement suggestions based on data analysis and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse planning or process optimization.
3. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of analyzing and managing complex data.
4. Fluent in Chinese, with working proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
