Job Responsibilities:

• Track customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve after-sales issues.
• Manage customer records and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.

Job Requirements:
1. Over 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Fluent in Chinese, with working proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
