Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse management, including staff scheduling, material distribution, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure warehouse operations align with company policies and processes to guarantee the safety and quality of goods.
• Develop and implement inventory management plans to optimize turnover rates and reduce storage costs.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure efficient warehousing and delivery operations.
• Manage team performance and provide staff training and development.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing teams.
4. Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
5. Fluent in Chinese, with a working proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
