What will you do?
As Warehouse Office Employee, you will be the contact person for all administrative matters, ensuring seamless support for our operations team and smooth coordination between our internal and external partners. Your duties include:
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks in the operations department in order for the operation to work efficiently. Such as finishing orders allocations "priority orders", back-open orders and workload planning.
- In & Outbound Planning: Your role will involve planning and managing the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse, all while considering multiple departments, operational processes, and customer KPIs. The result? A steady, efficient workflow that keeps everyone happy.
- Order Planning: You’ll be responsible for planning and releasing daily orders, advising on resources and capacity, and making sure the warehouse hits all KPIs. You’ll streamline processes to achieve maximum efficiency at the lowest possible cost.
- Processing Shipments: Managing the paperwork and documentation for shipments, handling any deviations or damages along the way.
- Reporting: Providing valuable insights and reports to help optimize inbound and outbound operations.
- Receiving Visitors and Drivers: As the face of our warehouse, you’ll welcome drivers and visitors, registering their shipments and ensuring all documentation is in order. You’ll guarantee that shipments are accurately documented and ready for stock placement.
- Stakeholder Management: Communication is key! You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with operations, customer service, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Who are we looking for?
- You have an MBO+ educational background, ideally with some experience in logistics.
- Knowledge of logistics warehouse processes
- You’re fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System (KMS)
- You’re proactive, with a hands-on attitude and sharp organizational skills.
- You can think on your feet, solving problems and staying cool under pressure.
