Robot Welding Operator – MIG-MAG Welder

Job Description:
We are looking for a robot welding operator responsible for operating a welding robot, as well as inspecting, assembling, and welding steel elements with a thickness of 5-15 mm, using MIG-MAG hand welding as needed. The job mainly involves MIG-MAG robot operation, with the need to make manual corrections when the robot makes an error. Besides operating the robot, the operator will also be responsible for grinding components and spot welding them on a template before further processing.
This position requires experience in serial welding, with projects changing every 1-3 weeks. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools, such as calipers, is essential.
Requirements:

• Experience in MIG-MAG steel welding
• Ability to operate a welding robot
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings
• Familiarity with calipers
• Conversational level of English
• Valid or expired MIG-MAG welding certificates

What We Offer:

• Rate: €15.72/h + 20% shift allowance = €18.86/h
• Day and evening shifts, 40 hours per week
• Overtime up to 55 hours per week (2 hours daily and work on Saturdays)
• Overtime pay: 128% for up to 2 hours daily, 147% for over 2 hours and on Saturdays, and 184% on Sundays and holidays

Additional Information:
Before starting work, each candidate will need to pass a test, which includes measuring a product based on a technical drawing and performing fillet welds.
