Job Description:
As a production employee, you will play a key role in ensuring that PVC canvases are finished to the highest quality. Working with a team of professionals, you’ll be involved in producing custom work, making each day a new and exciting challenge. Whether it’s completing a project for a large festival or creating impressive facade canvases, you’ll be handling a variety of tasks using modern equipment.
Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of products in the sailmaking shop.
• Maintaining high standards of quality for fit and finishing.
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Fostering a positive working atmosphere with your team.
• Hemming, operating cutting machines, and packing.

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed – full internal training provided.
• Eager to learn – quick learners will excel in this role.
• Strong communication skills to build great relationships with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Communicative level of English
