As a key player in our Workplace Experience Advisory Practice, you will develop employee-centric experiences, support leadership on client engagements, and drive cultural change. You will also help identify and implement workplace experience propositions, assist with sales efforts, and deliver client presentations.
Skills and experiences
Ability to provide insights from a range of industry experiences Familiarity with operating model and organisation design Proficiency in culture change centred on innovation and/or digital Knowledge of digital platforms to promote staff and supplier/partner engagement Expertise in defining high-level enterprise digital architectures Experience selling large, integrated workplace/employee experience solutions
