Te tūranga | The role
The BCE Implementation Manager is a 7-month secondment opportunity and is pivotal in supporting the BCE Team in planning and executing frameworks, programmes and tools in Business Banking to support strategic and business-as-usual initiatives. You will also be responsible for coordinating operational requirements, managing stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of BCE tools and related applications. You will also provide detailed reports and analysis, ensuring that you are providing insights to the frontline team and senior leaders.

We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunities and benefits BCE practices bring the business.
You will have solid understanding and experience in banking and distribution, and a background in implementing change initiatives. Your proven project management and organisational skill coupled with strong written and verbal communications will drive your ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and challenge the status quo. You will also be tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
