About the Role
Within your Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator role, you will be integral to maintaining the financial records for a diverse range of clients. We’re looking for someone who can sink their teeth in and hit the ground running. Key responsibilities include:

• Undertake bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Manage client portfolios by processing invoices and payments
• Assist in payroll processing as required
• Manage and maintain clients’ financial records

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Hubdocs and MYOB
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll processing and legislation is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
• An interest or background in farming would be an advantage

The Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator position offers flexible working hours ranging from 25 to 37.5 hours per week and hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.
