Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:
The Business Services Coordinator is a busy and varied role, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Business Services Coordinator Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions, including finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, travel, and support for the district team.
This is a secondment or fixed term opportunity from 30 September 2024 – 15 April 2024.

You will be a highly motivated individual with a proactive outlook towards improving business processes within an organisation. You will be an effective and collaborative team member with excellent listening skills and not afraid to go the extra mile. Be comfortable working with our diverse range of people across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have:
- Full competency in the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Work as an effective and collaborative team member
- Have a strong customer focus and a can-do attitude
- Diary management and event management experience
- Strong administration skills
The salary range for this role $58,218 - $64,687 (pro-rated), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
