About the Role:
We are looking for Chapter Lead for OSS Architecture in Technology Architecture and Automation Tribe to lead out OSS Architecture team who are on journey to drive Network Transformation with use of AI and Automation Tools. This role is key to leading out programmes in executing Spark’s Future of the network strategy.
Day to day you will be involved in:
- Build out and manage roadmap of OSS applications across Network and IT Infrastructure incl (Logical Inventory, Service Order Management, Network Assurance & Analytics)
- Leading out on architecture standards and practices for OSS
- Collaboration with network and infrastructure SME to drive adoption of AI/Automation
- Collaborate across various domains and participate in wider architecture forum at Spark
- Influence and build architecture competence in chapter
What experience you'll bring?
- Strong understanding of software defined networking architecture
- Experience applying AI and Automation in networks, and understanding of network analytics
- Understanding and experience in orchestration & Automation tools
- Delivery focused, pragmatic and natural leader
- Strong communication skills and negotiations skills with commercial and business acumen to match your technology skills
- Strategic mindset and thought leadership
- Understanding of software architecture principles
- Ability to adapt whilst working in a fuild environment
