Te Tūranga | The role:
As a Chapter Lead, your passion and expertise in product strategy, innovation and product development will position ASB to deliver business lending products and experiences that customers will love. Partnering across the business and translating 'big picture' thinking into actionable initiatives, you will identify opportunities and pivot product strategies to best position ASB in market.
This role works with various critical functions to deliver the changes required, including our 'agile' Tribes, Digital, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Customer, Data, Technology, Risk and Strategy areas, whilst ensuring products deliver to ASB's purpose, brand, commercial and customer expectations.

A customer centric mindset, people centred approach and openness to new ideas.
You will also possess significant experience in product strategy, product development and management, particularly in business lending products.
Ideally you will have deep knowledge of business banking products, process, policies and supporting systems.
Excellent relationship building skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business and drive outcomes.
Be able to present strategic outcomes, make the complex simple, and present compelling propositions and proposals.
You will have deep technical expertise, with the curiosity to be hands on and to continue to grow and discover more in the space.
The ability to foster a continuous learning culture, inspiring and motivating others to share knowledge and upskill each other in your area of expertise.
