• Menu preparation in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
• Training, developing and supporting junior chefs
• Preparing ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc)
• Following the guidance of the head or sous chefs and have an input in new ways to present food
• Putting effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
• Adapt to guest requirements as required
• Create and produce a diverse and healthy staff meal menu
• Comply with strict Health, Safety and Hygiene standards

• Hold a relevant culinary qualification
• Have proven experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally with experience at a similar standard
• Have excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Have the ability to think on your feet, as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day
• Have good time management and the ability to multi task
• A respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills
• A thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements
