The Role
We are currently looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to join our innovative Digital Team.
You will have a particular focus on Production Planning and Warehouse Management but be ready to delve into other modules such as Quality Management, HR and more. We are a small team, so being keen to learn and adapt is essential.
The heart of the role will be gathering requirements, proposing solutions, engaging vendors, configuring changes, preparing and executing tests & training to deliver business and system enhancements. You will also justify, scope, plan and manage small projects.
You will, of course, be an SAP expert who can mentor and develop Super Users to create a strong and knowledgeable workforce capable of leveraging our technology. You will provide Application Support to help with the resolution and proactive prevention of issues.
We have some exciting projects on our digital roadmap over the next few years including an upgrade of SAP, which you will be heavily involved in.

• A TECHNICAL EXPERT- you have been living and breathing SAP for a while. You have ERP working knowledge.
• An ANALYTICAL thinker - you can analyse business and technical requirements, do business process modelling/mapping, methodology development and data modelling.
• An expert COLLABORATOR- who will ensure stakeholders are well informed about Project and System activities that might impact operations.
• A PROBLEM SOLVER - who can resolve complex issues, liaise with vendors and users, document resolution.
• A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT mindset - where you will have vision to see where we can improve and how to get us there.
• A COMMUNICATOR - you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to influence outcomes.
