We’re after a super star Senior Communications Advisor to join our Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team on a fixed-term contract until the end of April. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of crafting and delivering content that helps our employees feel connected and inspired, and you’ll also lend a hand with our external communications efforts.

A Day in the Life:

• Internal storyteller: You’ll support our Manager of Internal Communications by shaping strategies and engaging stories and content that help connect what our people do every day to deliver to our Suncorp purpose – and that’s all about building futures and protecting what matters.
• Content engager: Find and create stories that inspire, engage, and make people want to comment and engage on Viva Engage, our intranet, or Linked In.
• Team player: Work with our External Communications and Sustainability teams to create and deliver content that reflects who we are on the inside, externally.

What You Bring:

• At least five years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or media.
• Editorial skills that make grammar mistakes cower in fear.
• A nose for a good story and the skills to bring it to life across multiple channels (whether that’s words, images, or video).
• The ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• A desire to make insurance sound awesome – because, spoiler alert, it is.
