About the Role- Infrastructure Senior Project Managers & Project Directors | North Island

We currently have opportunities within our Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Wellington offices for experienced and highly-motivated infrastructure Senior Project Managers or Project Directors, to join our dynamic team and be a part of transformative projects that make a real difference.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in client-side infrastructure/ horizontal consultant project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering infrastructure projects. We also invite applicants who are working in Design Consultancy within the Water, Roading, Utility or Rail sectors who are looking to make a move to a pure project management role.

As a TSA Riley Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will be responsible for managing projects, clients, and people, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction and actively contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About you

• Preferred qualifications: Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
• 10 years+ experience in horizonal / infrastructure client-side project management or in Design Management within Water, Roads, or Rail sectors.
• Track record working with Waka Kotahi, Kiwi Rail, or local councils preferred.
• A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
• A desire to grow and nurture a project team in line with the values and culture of TSA Riley.
• Business development experience would be an advantage.
