Service Delivery Driver - 6 Month Fixed-Term

- 6-month fixed-term position with possibility to move to permanent contract
- 30 hours per week
- Training, and ongoing support provided
- Three days per week on rotating roster
- $27 plus per hour
Company Background:
Alsco is a Textile Rental company, laundering and delivering rental garments, floor mats and towels throughout New Zealand.
About the role:
- Route servicing our largest customer Fonterra and other customers around Taranaki

Three 10-hour days on 3-week rotating roster:
- Week 1: Wed/Thu/Fri
- Week 2: Mon/Sat/Sun
- Week 3: Wed/Thu/Fri
- Responsible for operating a large van and servicing your customers
- Customer service experience is preferred but not a requirement
- Handling customer concerns
- Out and about all day meeting new people
- A customer-centred focus with great communication skills
- Must have a clean full driver's licence
- A desire to learn and succeed in what you do
- An ability to work independently and as a team player
- Would suit someone who is fit and enjoys physical work
- Based in New Plymouth or surrounding towns
- Must be able to start ASAP and work weekends and public holidays
Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a full medical check including drug & alcohol testing prior to confirmation of employment.
