We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Business Analyst to oversee, support, and maintain the Council's key enterprise applications, including Property and Rating, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Electronic Document Management.
Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on technical requirements for business solutions.
• Implementing agreed system changes and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Providing support for system requests and troubleshooting problems.
• Participating in projects and major changes as a technical resource and systems expert.

You will be a vital link between internal stakeholders and our Information Services team. A thorough understanding of IT solutions and a continuous drive for system improvement are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly across the organisation are crucial, as is a collaborative mindset.
