We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to join our positive and dynamic team. If you have a background in Recruitment and Human Resources, this role is a perfect fit. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be crucial in strategically attracting individuals who resonate with our organisational goals and reflect our values and culture. Your efforts will play a key role in keeping our team engaged and empowered.
In this role, you will:

Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, collaborating closely with internal clients.
Managing recruitment activity in our Talent Hub system (ELMO).
Onboarding staff, including adhering to HR processes and policies, producing, sending, and receiving offer letters and documentation.
Develop job briefs, manage advertisements, and assist with candidate longlisting and shortlisting.
Working in a fast-paced and high-volume team environment.
Provide valuable feedback to candidates and contribute to continuously improving our recruitment practices.
Providing advice and support to hiring managers and support staff involved in the recruitment process.

Who are we looking for? – Mā‎ wai te mahi nei?
To be successful, you will have:

Tertiary degree in HR or related field or 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
Proven experience in full cycle recruitment process experience within the New Zealand market.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking, and candidate management systems is highly desirable.
Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and websites such as Linked In, SEEK, Trade Me, and Indeed.
Understanding generalist HR practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion, including Te Ao Māori practices.
Strong administration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Empathy for humanitarian causes and commitment to teamwork at New Zealand Red Cross.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A great team player with a positive mindset.
