Technology Experience Coordinator (Domain Specialist L2) - Workplace Technology Services

Mō te tūnga | About the role
In this role, you will enhance technology experience and support for IR’s people and service. You will play a key part in ensuring IR’s people have the technology they need to deliver services to the NZ public. You will integrate and develop support process/procedures/documentation for all primary services across our organization, ensuring a seamless technology experience.
You will also be responsible for:

Service Provider Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of service providers.
Service Delivery Monitoring: Ensure efficient service delivery and manage escalations from users.
Asset Management: Handle the replacement and deployment of technology assets.
User Interaction Support: Develop user-friendly guides, manage incident triage processes, and stay updated on the latest features.
Business Support: Assist with change management, risk management, and governance processes.
Lifecycle Planning: Contribute to investment planning and asset management design.

Please note: The role’s internal title is Domain Specialist (L2).
Mōu | About you
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

3 years + of expertise managing and supporting end user compute/ employee experience environments – meeting room technology, laptop devices, including BYOD.
Understanding of Microsoft product set, and cloud services – Windows 11 operating systems.
Proficiency to manage the troubleshooting and technical analysis of hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of IT configurations and security protocols.
Strong grasp of incident, change, and release management principles.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
Ability to manage enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with AI use cases.
Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL, ideally with certification.
Ideally former technical background in IT engineering/support.

WTS aims to empower IR people with the tools and support they need to excel in their roles, by providing a seamless and intuitive technology experience that supports their productivity, collaboration, and growth.
